Returns:

For your convenience, please use our Return Portal. 

• All items are eligible for a full return of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving your order.  There is a $25 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change. Purchases of sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

• Refunds are processed within one week of arrival. Please allow 10 business days from the date your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

• Items should be returned new and unused. Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

International:

• We are happy to take international returns: however it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping. We are happy to process the return upon its arrival.

Exchange Policy:
